At ThreadKriti, all orders are carefully processed, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch. We usually ship orders within 3-4 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once shipped, tracking details are shared so customers can follow their order status.

We offer free shipping across India for a limited period of 24 hours. After this offer period, applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout. Deliveries may take slightly longer during festivals, adverse weather, or due to courier-related delays.

Currently, we deliver pan-India using standard shipping services. Orders are packed with care to ensure they reach you in good condition. Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, as address changes are not permitted once the order has been dispatched.
