Replacement Policy

At ThreadKriti, every order undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases. Replacements are considered strictly in cases where the product received is damaged, and such requests must be supported by a clear, continuous, and unedited parcel opening video. Approved replacements will be issued for the same product only; if the same item is unavailable, the customer may choose an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability.

ThreadKriti reserves the right to request shipping costs in cases requiring further verification or investigation. To prevent misuse, repeated or excessive replacement requests will not be entertained, and ThreadKriti retains sole discretion to accept or reject any replacement request.
